Our history
Dilmar Roofing Ltd. was founded in 2002 by Jim Yeo, who has been involved in the roofing and sheet metal industry for over 35 years. Over the past several years, Jim has brought on his son Dylan Yeo to help run the company, bringing 15+ years of roofing experience and growing the business into larger, more in-depth scopes of work.
Dilmar Roofing Ltd. is a family-run company with branches serving the GTA and Simcoe County. We're known for our expertise installing 4-ply built-up roofing, 2-ply modified bitumen, and single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC) — and we're certified installers of BP and IKO residential products, and Firestone, GAF, Polyglass, Duradek and Bakor commercial and low-slope products. Those certifications let us offer manufacturer-extended warranties on top of our own workmanship warranty.
Our full-service department runs a 24-hour leak response team, capable of finding and repairing leaks with skill and professionalism.
